Villa Davia is an elegant seaside residence located in the Davia Marina, Île-Rousse, Corsica. It offers a spacious 120 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as outdoor spaces including three large terraces and a secure swimming pool. The roof terrace offers 360° panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains. A pretty beach is also just a minute's walk away.

• Bedroom 3 : 15 m², air-conditioned, with two 90 cm x 200 cm beds that can be made into a double bed. Includes en-suite bathroom with separate WC.
• Bedroom 4 : 13 m², air-conditioned, with two 90 cm x 200 cm beds that can be adjusted to create a double bed. En-suite bathroom with separate WC.
• Bedroom 5 : 11 m², air-conditioned, with two 90 cm x 200 cm beds that can be adjusted to create a double bed. En-suite bathroom with separate WC.
• Bedroom 6 : 10 m², air-conditioned, equipped with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed. Includes a private bathroom and separate WC.

The villa offers 260 m² of living space, including a large living area with a comfortable lounge and dining room, all opening onto the outdoor terraces. The fully-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze. The interior spaces are designed for comfort and conviviality.

Outdoor areas

The outdoor areas include a garden planted with trees, terraces with barbecues and a private outdoor swimming pool, secured with an alarm and barrier on request. A roof terrace offers uninterrupted views over the bay. The villa has direct access to the sea.
